For example, "Remove 2 damage counters from each of your Grass Pokemon," now reads "Heal 20 damage from each of your Grass Pokemon." Effects that prevent you from healing or from removing damage counters do not affect moving those damage counters between Pokemon
This ensures you can still activate Haui's Fish Hook, while giving you a powerful Rush character that can deal with most locations in a single hit
Also, with artifacts mattering so much in this set, getting these for free is something that Im sure a lot of red decks can utilize in some way
